| Norman L. "Happy" Nelson, Jr. |
Happy is a graduate of Southern Methodist University
(SMU) in Dallas, Texas. He earned a BBA Degree in 1962 and a Juris Doctor in Law in 1965 while
on a football scholarship. Happy commenced the Practice of Law with the prestigeous Law Firm of Phinney Hallman Pulley
and Livingstone in the fall of 1965. His responsibilities with that firm centered around representing clients with real-estate
development projects insured by HUD. His practice is limited to the representation of builders, developers, contractors, and/or
owners of HUD insured projects.
